A Precor Icarian Flat Bench is, and can best be described as follows: A Flat Bench is a free weight bench that can be used alone for weight training exercises involving free weights such as dumbbells or barbells, or it can be used in conjunction with a Power Cage, Power Rack, Squat Rack, or other free weight piece of fitness equipment, to increase the number and types of weight training exercises that can be performed by the user.
