  The frame has been engineered using premium grade steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. The uprights are 75mm x 75mm.

  The padding has also been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, fully stitched upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.

  The J-Hooks and Spotters can be height adjusted to accommodate for a variety of users, ensuring optimum range of motion through the prone row movement. 
  These attachments can also be put on the front of the rack for exercises such as rack pulls, upright row and hip thrusts.
